What is shown depends on two things: what information you chose to include in your profile, and which fields are visible to the public scan page versus which are reserved for registered contacts only.
When someone scans your SafeTag QR, they land on the public emergency scan page. This page is designed to give a bystander clear actions — not to expose your full personal details to a stranger.

When a WhatsApp alert may be sent to your registered contacts, it may include a link to a private incident page. This page shows more information — because the people accessing it are the ones you specifically registered as your emergency contacts.

SafeTag only shows what you enter. If you do not add medical notes, none will be shown. The system is built around user-provided data — there is no automatic information gathering.
